Home Reimagined General Contractors is proudly veteran-owned and led by CPT Alijah Talley, a former U.S. Army officer and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering. Alijah served as a Fire Control Platoon Leader in the Air Defense Artillery, protecting U.S. assets both stateside and abroad in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was later selected to serve as a diversity admissions officer at West Point, where his leadership contributed to the most diverse class in the Academy’s 218-year history. Now a civilian and the co-founder and CEO of Home Reimagined, Alijah brings the same integrity, discipline, and mission-driven approach to every project.

A proud U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point, Alijah brings years of leadership, project management, and problem-solving experience to the construction and remodeling industry.

Director of Construction
With over 30 years of experience in residential construction, home remodeling, and custom design, Ron brings a unique combination of artistic vision and technical expertise to every project. A graduate of the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, his background in fine arts fuels his attention to detail, creating beautifully balanced, functional living spaces.
Raised in a family of homebuilders, Ron began his career learning hands-on construction, starting with home framing, and mastering the fundamentals of quality craftsmanship. Over the years, he expanded his skill set into interior remodeling, custom painting, cabinetry, flooring, tilework, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and luxury exterior construction. His expertise in designing and building decks, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces has allowed clients to transform not just their interiors, but also their outdoor environments.
As the owner of his own construction firm for over 20 years, Ron has earned a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality home renovations, full-home remodels, and custom design solutions. His work reflects a hands-on, client-focused approach that ensures each kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, or full-home transformation is tailored to meet the homeowner’s unique lifestyle and vision.
Now serving as Director of Construction at Home Reimagined, Ron continues to set the standard for home remodeling, renovation, and custom home improvement services — combining timeless craftsmanship, design expertise, and decades of trusted experience.
