Home Reimagined General Contractors is proudly veteran-owned and led by CPT Alijah Talley, a former U.S. Army officer and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering. Alijah served as a Fire Control Platoon Leader in the Air Defense Artillery, protecting U.S. assets both stateside and abroad in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was later selected to serve as a diversity admissions officer at West Point, where his leadership contributed to the most diverse class in the Academy’s 218-year history. Now a civilian and the co-founder and CEO of Home Reimagined, Alijah brings the same integrity, discipline, and mission-driven approach to every project.

Ron Emens is the Director of Construction and Co-Founder of Home Reimagined General Contractors, bringing over 30 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, and custom design. A graduate of the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, Ron combines artistic vision with technical expertise on every project.
Raised in a family of homebuilders, Ron built his career hands-on — framing homes, then expanding into cabinetry, tilework, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and custom outdoor living spaces. As owner of his own construction firm for over 20 years, he earned a trusted reputation for high-quality, client-focused remodels.
Ron's leadership at Home Reimagined ensures every renovation reflects timeless craftsmanship and decades of trusted experience, tailored to each homeowner's lifestyle and vision.
Managing Partner
MaShon Wilson is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Home Reimagined General Contractors, leading a premium remodeling and renovation firm serving residential, multi-family, and commercial clients across Atlanta. A proud U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, MaShon brings tactical leadership and elite project management experience to the construction industry.
Prior to Home Reimagined Atlanta, MaShon served as a U.S. Army Artillery Officer before transitioning to corporate leadership roles driving strategy and operations for global technology market leaders. An MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business rounds out his pairing of operational discipline with a passion for real estate development.

DeArron Marshall is Director of Construction at Home Reimagined Atlanta, bringing a decade of expertise in residential construction, remodeling, and ground-up builds. His purpose-driven leadership pairs strategic execution with technical precision, managing multi-site timelines while maintaining quality and cost controls.
DeArron's career is built on hands-on field management and administrative rigor, having overseen 250+ renovations and ground-up builds. His expertise spans the full construction lifecycle — scope development, material tracking, and subcontractor management — ensuring every phase aligns with local codes and safety regulations. Seven years running his own contracting firm sharpened his eye for transparent guidelines and site inspection.
DeArron now commands Home Reimagined Atlanta's field operations, subcontractor networks, and production sequencing. His hands-on approach ensures every residential and commercial project is delivered with the craftsmanship, safety compliance, and disciplined execution that defines our mission.
